bluish gray crab...is this a threat?

i just purhased additional LR (50lbs) on my 125g...i have about 200lbs. of LR total...when i was arranging the rocks i've noticed this bluish gray crab attached to one of the rock...he's about 3/4" ...i thought he was dead...is this going to be threat?
i have the ff:
30 aestria snail
20 hermit crab
4 turbo snail
7 blue green chromis
1 percula clownfish
1 pink skunk clown
1 yellow tang
1 sailfin tang
no corals yet
