Black dots on my yellow tang

Yesterday I noticed my yellow tang developed several small black dots. What is this and how can I treat it? I have a 90 gallon FOWLR system. Is there anything I can use on a daily basis to avoid this from happening again?

My yellow tang had black ick 4 weeks ago and it was not pretty
wiped out half of my livestock very quickly and is very hard to cure.
