Bivalves

is a bivalve (flame scallop), a bad choice for a reef tank? They use adductor muscles for propulsion. In my mind this is a natural jet ski with armor plating. My question is, can this crack glass, and are these good candidates for a reef?

My LFS sold me a flame scallop for 5.00 and 30.00 of filter feeder food. It died in less than a week. I still have the food though!!! I no longer go to that LFS. The information here is much more reliable and I was lucky to find a couple of smaller LFS to spend my money at. I hope you are as lucky!!
