Big Light Question


The time is coming up to replace the bulbs in the 36 gallon tank. The last time i replace them i put in a straight 10000k and Actinic 03 about 7 month ago. My question is would a (Coralife 65 Watt Dual Actinic 03/7100K Blue SunPaq and Coralife 65 Watt Actinic 03/10000K White (50/50).

Will this work

I personally prefer "Atinic blue" it is a brighter blue that shows up better to the eyes and makes the tank look better IMHO.

I always use one 10K and one Atinic blue.

Are you happy with how your tank and corals "look". If the color is OK then stick with what you had before. If you are trying to get more light into the tank for more growth, then maybe a new bulb combo can be used. The ones you selected seem like they would give out a whole lotta blue light and not so much usable light for the corals (3 to 1, actinic to daylight).
