Hatching and raising are two widely different situations.
You can hatch the cysts in an inverted 2 litre pop bottle with the bottom cut out and an airline insertedto the bottle cap to keep everything in motion.
Cysts that have been properlyl stored in a refrigerator, should hatch out at around 18 hours at 80F.
Growing them to juveniles or adults can be simple for a low density culture, or progressively more difficult and labour intensive as the culture density is increased.
