Best Flake Food?

Any opinions on the best flake? I remember someone telling me about Omega brand, or something close to that?

Hi dustin! I use O.S.I. Marine Aquarium Flake Food. There web site is:http://www.osimarinelabs.com
I also use Wardley Spirulina Discs(100 per cent vegetable conditioning food) which my ground dwellars love(like brittle stars, hermit crabs, etc) and my maroon clownfish love it as well. Johnny

One time I got a free sample of "Plankton Gold" from Brine Shrimp Direct. MY FISH ABSOLUTLY DEVOURED THIS STUFF!!!!When I run out I will re-order some more. I also feed Vibragrow. Fish like that also. It is a pellet.
