Talking

i am at work right now but when i get home tonight i will definetly post a pic. what is the best fillimaus *spelling is off* alge eater out there? also can anyone give me a good crab link. i have a couple of them there the size of a nickle. there white with black pinchers and a black spot covering like 3/4 of his mantel. this is the best description i could give ya. he was trying to eat my coraline alge last night. and didnt stray to far from his little hole in the rock. it is amazing the life that has poped out of these rocks.

I think one or two peppermint shrimp would do fine for eating the aiptasia. 10 may be overkill plus you'd have 10 starving peppermints because its rare IMO that they will eat anything else and will go looking for other things once the aips are gone.... like my prized yellow polyps!!
Get different types of snail. Dont just go with turbos. They are not that efficient and mostly stick to the glass. Once your tank is a little older and you are ready to add a fish, get a lawnmower blenny. They are pretty efficient at chomping down the algae!!

HEY YAKMON... did you get that sand from Murray?

When I said 10 shrimp I was sort of exagerating to make a point. Based on what he said in his first note "and a lot and i mean a lot of apstaisa" I was picturing every square inch of rock covered with the little buggers.

That probably goes back to a dream I had last year when I was fighting them. They got me so mad I wanted to put on my scuba gear, jump in the tank, and personally grind each and every one of them to bits with a sharp ice pick. [Whew .... I feel much better now].
