Tank Specs: 125g (48x25x25) acrylic built in overflow, 40 gallon acrylic custom refuge, 2 400w 20K , Euro Reef ES5-3, " live sand bed, 150p of LR, 3" live sand in refuge, 45watts atinic in refuge, 1/3HP Prime drop-in chiller, 3/4" sea swirl, two Seio 620's and one 820, 2 Bartlett's Anthias, 1 Diamond Watchman goby, Several inverts, sps, lps

butch, it's outside of san francisco downtown & it's around 40-60 mins drive from SFO. 5 blocks from my place here in Fremont.

I'm also 5 mins away from the hotel. I'm right off Fremont / Stevenson. How big is your tank BTW?

I have a 30 gallon tank but my dad is so annoying that he can't get his hands off it, so I'm thinking of just starting my own nano tank.

I have some extra tanks if you wish to have it. 10G / 65G .
