Bahama pics


Just thought I'd share some pics from our cruise to the Bahamas. These aren't on par with Jerel's, but considering I took them with an el cheapo underwater disposable they aren't half bad.

Wow those are great. What islands did you go to? When I was one a crusie I went to Nassau, Key West, and Great Styrop Cay. I haven't devoloped them yet but when I do I will post some.

Drew: We went to Freeport, Nassau, and then a day at sea (my wife's idea) But we did our snorkeling at Freeport.
Did you visit the Atlantis while you were in Nassau?

Drew, the Atlantis was darned impressive...and huge. We snuck in the back way and took our own tour for free. We got to see a lot of the water exhibits before getting the boot.
And, since no one called me on it, the shark picture was taken from inside the acrylic tube that runs under their 'Predator Lagoon'. If I'd seen that guy snorkeling I'm sure I would have freaked.

Dan,
Those acrylic tubes are awesome to walk through! The Gatlinburg Aquarium has what is billed as the longest in the world with a moving sidewalk. Here's one of the sharks:
