Bad experience

Well I should have stuck to our sponsors. I ordered three flame cardinals from a company that shall be called company S.com because they have great prices on bulk clean up crews and the last fish was okay.

There was a ruptured swim bladder on one, and the other two slowly starved to death. I inquired about their 15 day guarantee and they wanted me to mail the fish to them to honor it. The two that starved to death just went missing after not eating for days...how the heck can you find them after they get eaten by the critters.

Contrast this with Live Aquaria, a TRT sponsor who gave me immediate credit on one DOA once with no questions asked.

We'll be sticking to TRT sponsors from now on. After multiple orders for lots of money to have a company be all picky like this is not smart business.

Not that I'm taking anyone’s side but how would they know someone wouldn’t just lie to get something free? You maybe ethical enough to not do something like that but trust me there are plenty out there who are not.

Ten or so orders for something north of 1000 dollars was spent there over the years. In this economy repeat business you would think has value, and that is one of those keep a customer forever or lose them forever moments.

It is all how a company cares to do business. When Live Aquaria (Fosters and Smith) gave me instant credit based solely on my word I liked that and will take all my business there. It is a big old internet.
