Can you rig a refugium? They are making hang on types now, you will need to protect the exit bulkhead or drain with some sponge (that you change frequently). I think that may be the best solution so they stay in the same water they are happy in. I'd keep it BB, w/cured rock and maybe a mangrove seedling for fun.

Well unfortunately they were all gobled up in a mater of minutes. But I have 3 of em an one of the others has a belly full of eggs as well so I'm going to build a small housing unit out of arylic with a large hole on each end covered with a fine screen that can hang on the back of the tank for next round.

Unfortunately, they will be next to impossible to raise. There have been a few attempts to do it, but the survival rate is so low its really not worth the effort you'll need to put forth. The problem seems to be feeding the young shrimp, I think that they are called "napuli".

Do a google search and you will come up with a few articles where people have tried to raise them. I just consider them to be free fish food. LOL!!! Good luck. Keep us posted.

This is a better source for Marine breeding info than TRT. It's certainly not impossible, there are plenty of people on this other forum succesfully raising them. I would go where the experience is.
