Attention Eugene, OR Reefers

Hey everyone--

Just throwing out a flag to any fellow reefs in the southern Willamette valley (I'm a student here in Eugene). My gorgeous little mini-reef had a major setback a couple of months ago (power outage while I was away...), and now it is back to prime health, but without any corals (except for a few surviviing button polyps/mushrooms...). So anyway, i'm not going to pay LFS prices to restock this thing, and I was wondering if I could find anyone with some quick growing corals wh would be willing to part with a snipping. I've got halides on the tank, so it should accomodate just about anything...in particular I'd love to find some Xenia, Colts, maybe a couple stonies. Anyway, i'm more than willing to exchange some manual labor (money is a bit more challenging, but possible) for some critters. Plus, I'd just like to find some fellow reefers here in Eugene...no, not THAT kind

Ryan, check out the PNWMAS forum, and maybe get involved with them, the drive to portland aint that bad from Eugene and theres lots of folks that might help ya out. Plus there are a lot more stores up there, from Yupstores to home garage shops with good prices

Yes indeed, check on the PNWMAS board; there are quite a few members that come from down the valley for meetings and they've been working on organizing a club in Eugene.
