arc-eye and falco... compatible?

I have a falco hawk I added to my tank a while back (4 months ago) and last week was given an arc-eye hawk which I have in my fish only tank downstairs for now. The question is will they kill each other if they are in the same tank? (135 gal)

That's a tough one Joel. Falcos are generally less aggressive than the Arc-eyes so you probably won't have too much harrassment on introduction. With the six foot tank you should have enough room for them to stake out territories away from each other but hawkfish can be very pugnacious and I think it's going to depend on the individual temperment of the fish more than anything else.

Luckily, Hawkfish are pigs-with-fins, I've never seen them turn down a meal so trapping one or the other in a baited fish trap if they can't coexist shouldn't be too hard.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
