I ordered a 48" and 24" HO T5 fixture from them and all I can say is you get what you pay for. The lights are adequatly built but I wouldn't call them bullet proof. They function just fine but the spectrum of their "Actinic" bulbs are not even close. The cast a baby-blue tint as opposed to a dark blue/purple tint of real actinic bulbs. The other thing I don't like compared to some of the other fixtures on the market is:

External Ballast
No separate power cords for daylight and Actinic bulbs
The endcaps look cheap and I'm not sure how long they will hold up

I heard, but cant say for sure, that they rebuild and sell as new. Also heard that the customer service, if something does go wrong, is not there.

I've bought from them too. You get what you pay for, I'm happy with what I got. I had a bulb go bad, and they sent me 2 at NC to replace it.
