Aquabays.

I am thinking of using some of these 400w se aquabays units, over my tank.

And am thinking of using a mixture of BLV 20k, BLV 10k and Iwasaki 6.5k.
But as i would only be able to fit in one 6.5k i was wonderin would the light have much affect on the sps corals at the end of the tank, as the tank if 7 foot long sps tank. The lights will be around 15" above the water line.

I'm not sure of the light spread and the mixing of the colors. It might look "different" with one side blueish and the other end yellow. If you can put the 65k closer to the 20k, it might blend in better. The growth will be more than the 20k or 10k IMO.

cool thanx for the reply, i as thinking of whether to use 5 of these units. Have say:

20k...10k...6.5k...20k...10k

or to go 5 400w and then 3 250w with 10ks:
.....10k.....10k.......10k......
20k...6.5k...20k...6.5k...20k
