aqua stick

Where can I find aqua stick inside Lowes? I've heard Lowes should have it but when I call them they say they don't have any. If I know where to look I'll just go get it myself.
Thanks.

Aquastik is the official name. Here's more about it from the Two Little Fishes website:

Have you tried your LFS? Most of them carry it. Maybe not the Pet Clubs or Petco, but any store that sells coral should have it. Else, it's readily available at the online stores.

Just look around the glue and you will see a stick of green epoxy with a white center. it's the same thing.

it may also be grey in colour. HD may sell aquastick and Lowes sells marine epoxy. it is the same stuff. it looks like a cylinder of puddy.

I saw one at Lowes that was aqua color on the outside and white on the inside. It said it was marine epoxy. I will pick some up if it is alright. It said it was for repair on boats, fiberglass,..... I think the name was Matco?

It's called Magnum (made by VersaChem) I wish it wasn't white. That aqau stick comes in red or grey. Red might be fun

I haven't tried that yet. I tried to move a superglued frag and there was no way....

kinda. it will pop off if you pry it off with a screwdriver. it really does not bond with the LR. it grabs hold of all of the nooks and crannies.

Okay this morning I'm doing it. Can I put smaller pieces of LR in front of stacked rock to hide the pvc stands I have the rock setting on?

I didn't like it. It smelled like a perm and some of it broke up in the water so I think I'll just stack the rock.

did you nead it well enough? i like to wait till it starts to get stiff then use it. it can be a bit difficult to work with, but does do a good job of holding rocks and colonies in place. it does take close to an hour to set. i have had to prop colonies up with sticks until the epoxy set.

I got it done and siphoned out. The water is still cloudy but hopefully I will get rid of the long algae. I hope I didn't freak my fish out too much.
May-be my nitrates will go down now to zero. I can get all around my rock now.
Thanks for all the help.

Boy do my hands stink now, just like skim mate. I need to go add the new water and then wash my hands, Whoooo!
