Aqua Medic T5 Ocean Blue bulb, true actinic?

I'm looking at the Aqua Medic Ocean Light T5/MH light and see it comes with 2 T5 Ocean Blue bulbs. Does anyone know anything about these bulbs? Are they really actinics or just a blue bulb?

even going to the aquia medic website does not give an answer.
they are flo lights, but not 100% if actinic

I guess you'll have to e-mail them or call them and ask for the light spectrum.
