Aqua C Remora Pro too big?

I currently have an Aqua C Remora running on my 30. I would like to upgrade to the Aqua C Remora Pro with the Mag-3. Do you all think I would be over doing it? I am also concerened with the heat issue from the Mag 3. Any thoughts ???????????????????????????????

We have a 55 and got the Pro based on advice from Marine Depot. The Mag 3 is flawless, but I am not sure how much heat it puts out.

I might be interested in your old skimmer for our 29 though..think the standard size is okay for it with a Maxijet 1200.

Any opinions on the heat issue? I am pushing 80 degrees as it is---
