I already have the standard one with the maxi jet 1200.... do i just use the same skimmer and upgrade to a mag 3 pump... it looks like the pro is the exacty same skimmer with same pump...

Also does anyone have their mag three pump under water in the main tank... I think im going to put my skimmer sump and all associated filtering and heating in my sump...

Whats good sump size for 100 gallon tank, would a 29G do good enough..

I have the Remora Pro on our 55g..think it is rated up to 125g. The advice given to me was to way overskim which is a separate topic, but it was why we went with the Pro. The Mag 3 has been flawless in the year we have had it.
