anyone using a 150 watt DE reeflux 12k bulb

I have been trying to compare the 150 watt versions fo the reeflux 12k to the 250watt, and 400 watt versions. I fell in love with these bulbs when I saw the TOTM on Reefcentral: http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2007-09/totm/index.php

I have a 150 watt PFO mini pendant, and want to get a reeflux 12k, but I would like to see some pics of them in action first. I just know with some other bulb brands there can be a lot of variation between wattages.

thanks

I have these bulbs in my Outer Orbit.. 150w 12k reeflux HQI.. they give off the BEST color of any halide I have seen.. I don't need to run actinics if I don't feel like it.. (like when I was dealing with cyano or when it was VERY hot in my house). Anyways.. a pic

best I have at the moment.. but this is with NO actinics on.. my bulbs are about 11 months old now.. going to get new ones soon.. they start out not as blue, but gradually get more and more blue over the course of about three weeks.

I have the 1071 fixture. So that's 2x 39W T5 420nm + 2x 39W T5 460nm along with the 2x 12k 150W HQI's. It's a pretty blue look, but I like it a lot. I was running with my T5s off for a long time because of issues with cyano.. now that I have it under control I am starting to turn all the lights back on..

I think this pic is of the 12k's with the actinics on

I took this around xmas last year, so the bulbs were fully broken in by that time. Hope it helps.

edit: I think the actinics may have been on in the first pic also.. seems very bright and those greens are pretty vibrant..

edit again: I want one of these bad boyz so bad http://www.solarisled.com/ just dial in the color you want. slick slick!! no heat, less power consumption, no bulb changing.. I think these are going to be more popular as time goes on.. and they improve in PAR + come down in price.
