I have. Some people swear by it. I haven't had much success with it, and I am not sure why.

The frozen stuff is very popular. I'm not sure why but it makes all the corals perk up and gets new shy fish easier than some other frozen foods. the small size helps target more critters than most.
No experience with the dry stuff. I recall when I looked into it way back when there was a reason to go with the frozen over dry, probably the ash count. Who knows though, perhaps it was all anecdotal. I would love to hear what you find out

I use the frozen stuff and its great. The freeze dried stuff I hear kinda just floats to the top and gets skimmed off into the overflow. If u do get the freeze dried stuff, u might want to get a turkey baster and fill a cup with a little bit of cyclopeeze and some saltwater from ur tank. Mix it up real good and suck it into the turkey baster and shoot it into ur tank. That way it wont float to the top

Surprise, surprise...I had the flake that is getting rip-roaring reviews in this thread. Maybe I will try the frozen!

Never used the freeze-dried, only the frozen. Fish and corals love it. The frozen comes in a bar about the size of a candy bar and lasts forever.
