I use it and absolutelly love it. I see no cons to using it. The plus's I have seen are extremelly crystal clear water and also breaks down the organics to allow the skimmer to skim it out easier.

If it comes in direct contact with it, it will degrade over time, however the life of ozone in water is so short by the time it gets to the pvc, or tubing it has dissapated.

I run 50mg/hr 24 7 on a 75 display with 30 gallon sump and 26 gallon frag tank all plumbed together. The ozone is injected into one of the skimmers pumps. The way it goes is airpump to air drier to ozone to skimmer pump air intake. I use a orp controller to keep it under 450 if need be but it usually just hovers around 400-425

Yes the only cons which is important to much ine the air will cause you headachs and sickness! and it has to also filter threw carbon before returning to the tank to get rid of any getting into water also. And you should have a controller so your ORP doesn't get to high! But keep it at a low setting and your tank water is so clear!and it kill bacteria so keeps it heathy too!

I will post some later when I get a chance. You do not need to run carbon at the output of the skimmer. I Haven't for the past 7 months and never have had a problem.
