Anyone seen this? Mighty Putty

www.mightyputty.com it looks like the same putty we use underwater. Just wondered if anyone has tried to use it or looked into the chemical makeup to see if its the same stuff or safe for us to use. Its cheaper for 4 sticks of the stuff.

it looks like the same stuff, but for 6 tubes after shipping is $11 more than you can buy aquamend at Home Depot.

its white and green.......mixes to an offwhite

yes you can use it underwater. works great and enables you to stick anything anywhere, but takes some practice.

if you buy the more expensive Loctite brand which is blue and white........it cures way faster, but this isnt necessarily always a good thing

At least from the ad, that stuff looks for more adhesive than aquamend. Might be worth the extra cost if it really is (and is reef-safe of course).

AQUAMEND!!!!

Great stuff, used it for the first time and it worked great. Thanks for the info guys. It does stink, almost gave me a headache, but ill deal with it for the good product.
