i prefer pressure driven skimmers, venturi, beckett over needle wheel skimmers. needlewheel skimmers are ok if you have a sump that is rock solid on water level. any little change in water level can cause a needle wheel skimmer to go bonkers.

is coralife a good skimmer or a crap one lol..
we dont have coral life down here, we have pretty much no good skimmers. We can get them into the LFS but the charge us alot of money. So its easy if i just find one i like and pay the postage.

Coralife are good crap ok ???
cheers everyone

a good number of people on here have them...and seem to like them.

I'm with Geoff though. I like pressure driven better.
