anyone have a keyhole angel???? help if you can :)

here's one for the experts... ~ i have had this keyhole angel for over a year now. for the last 10-12 months he has exhibited HLLE disease (head and lateral line erosion). i have tried everything from the best flake food you can buy to freshly prepared shrimp, squid, and brine shrimp to red, brown, and green marine algae supplemented with zoecon and zoe vitamins with no success. i am in the process of transforming the 20 gallon tank he is in into a reef tank. the other two fish (a blue devil damsel and a false percula clown) don't and have never exhibited the same symptoms. any suggestions?

There is a product out made by ocean nutrition called angel complete i think it is a cube food and if soaked in selicon(spelling) seemd to work well for me when i had one. Just a shot but worked for me at one time.
