anyone have a bullet 2

Ok I am about to launch this darn skimmer. I have the PM bullet2 and they just sent me the replacement injector and housing. The one that is in the clear Acrylic housing. Now my son blows more bubbles in the bath tub than this thing.

Question. The Acrylic housing is not supposed to have any water in it right? Mine does, leeks in from the top and bottom of the beckett into the acrylic chamber util it reaches the injector holes.

help

I don't know if this helps but on our Geo beckett skimmer, we have a little water where the becket is, but ours does produce bubbles.,

Mike, I have a copy of the bullet 2 and it has water in the beckett housing. What pump are you using?

Hey boys thanks for the replies. Troy I have a mag18 on it. Originally the bullet had the beckett in a hard plastic housing, but it was broken so they sent out the replacement. The replacement is in an acrylic box see www.precisionmarine.com. Water has filled the chamber to almost the point that it covers the holes of the injector. I can see the water coming into the acrylic box from the base of the beckett and a tiny bit from the top,

I've seen the new injector housing, it is similiar to the Canreef model that Titus makes. Mine is full up to the bottom of the holes on the beckett as well but I have no problem with bubble production. I wonder if your beckett is clogged/dirty?
