Any one had this problem with Ice Cap ballast?

I have an IC 660 ballast running 4 54 watt T-5s and this morning when I plugged them in, they would only flicker then go off. I tried them in several outlets on my power strip and I keep getting the sam thing. I had these plugged into a timer but they were not coming on the last couple days so I decided to plug them in manually for a couple days till I get a new timer, but now I wonder if there is even a problem with my timer.

Is the Ballast going bad do you think or maybe I have short somewhere?

Anyone had an experience like this?

i had the same problem with somw vho check the wiring if 1 wire
gets loose or is not making good contact all of them
will flicker i personally had a loose wire to the lamp double check everything
before condeming the ballast.
