Question

Anthelia oops question

I have a decent size colony of anthelia. Today while cleaning my tankk and removing some of the hair algea from around it I accidently pulled off about three of the smaller new arms, about 1" tall eack, Therse tthree are clumped together so I put the on a rock and used a corner of another to hold it down . What are the odds that these will re attach and start a new colony, Anything I can do to help them???

Congratulations on your first frag! (Or if not your first, your next)

Chances are, they'll blow away unless you glue them down. (Or the alternate could come true, that they attach in the worst possible place in your tank... that's my luck.)

A dollop of plain ol' gel superglue will affix them to their new home, and there you have it! (They will be fine out of the water for several minutes, so feel free to pull them to do this.)
