Anemones Stink!
I have 2 anemones and my condy anemone moved it self and started to kill one of my leathers. I got rid of him because I figured I can't afford him killing other corals. Now i'm left with a long tentacle. I think I may give him away too because my percula won't host him, maybe i'll trade him in for a bubble tip or something.
How do you guys keep your anemones without having them move and hurt other corals?

I may be wrong but I don't think clown fish will host condylactis anemones since clownfish are pacific ocean species and condy's are carribean.

Since I moved my anemone last night with my tank changes - I'm anxious to get home tonight and see if he stayed where I put him or not!

As others have stated, it's really not possible.
I have three BTAs in my 180 gallon tank, and, although they haven't changed their attachment spot in over two years, they still expand and contract and shift position enough that anything within a foot on either side of them is vulnerable. I've pretty much designated my 180 as an anemone tank and don't even try to put coral at risk.

I have a large BTA but it's in a tank pretty much alone with just some polyps, clowns and a goby. It moves wherever and whenever it wants to move, there's not a lot you can do to stop them from doing this. They sting and kill your corals when they squat on them.....
