More than likely the LTA will kill the BTA. Even when they are not touching they can wage an allelopathic (toxins released into the water) war.

Anemones and corals do not mix well.

Is this just different species of anemone's that will do this or will the same species conflict as well? I have two condies that settled very close to one another and so far seem fine but I don't one deciding the other has got to go. Should I move one? The rock is at the top so the whole thing can be moved if necessary.

What about a BTA and an RBTA in the same tank?

If the bta is on a rock that can be moved easily you can try. I would give it something to eat soon after to encourage it to stay put(sometimes works). Just dont try to forcefully remove from rock cause it could damage the foot. If you can find a place of similar flow and light cause he was apparently happy there.
