Anemone health

I'm about 1 year into my aquarium and my anemone seems to be developing red spots on it.. My nitrates got kinda high but are under control now and everything else seems to be fine. I'm going to try to tag a picture. I'm just worried if I need to take or what I should do. Thanks for the help.

Tank specs
49 gallon bow front
Refugium
Power compact lighting
Protien skimmer

Sounds like flat worms, but like Nate said, we will need a good pic.

You will need to host them online somewhere, like on TRT, photobucket, etc
