hahah an anemone that stays put! good luck...
on a serious note.. how old is your tank? if it is under 6 months, dont both to try yet. also lighting for a large amount of the anemones means geting MH. if you want a clown to host with it, that can be a a 50/50 thing, clowns will host with who they want, that might even mean mushrooms, leathers, Star ployps....
anemones as a whole tend to move around the tank pretty good until they... they.. find the Just "right" spot

Tim is right about waiting at least 6 months. The really need an established tank. I disagree with having to have MH, only because I currently have a ritteri anemone under PC. The more common and easy to care for anemones would have to be BTAs. It truly is hit or miss with a clown taking to an anemone so good luck!

I also have anemmy with PC lights and RO lights. Total of about 290W. My finaly stayed in place after it found a creves. Now I cant move him even if I wanted to. He will just shrink up and be inside of the live rock.

i have a bta under 130watts of pc and it seems to do just fine. and i was able to place mine where i wanted, took a few times of re-arranging rocks to give it a good creves but it did take about 6 months for my clownfish to finally host. ive been told wild clownfish are more likely to host than my tank bred, but ive got nothing to back that up.

you are correct you can have a few type under PC lighting, over all the better the lighting and the more established the tank is the better

The best anemone for the size of tank and lighting is a bubble tip. The bad news is that it's not a good match for Ocellaris clowns. I have some that host in one but they are the exception, rather than the rule. They host in carpet anemones in the wild, which are harder to keep, and get HUGE. Some BTAs get huge too, but not all.
You may have better luck with a long-polyped Sarcophyton leather.

I've always had a fasination with anemones! Anyone else? They just seem like the coolest creatures in a reef. I love the long tentacle anemones. But I don't have any exsperience with them yet though.
