algae

i run a 75 gallon with a 15 gallon sump and a 5 gallon fuge..a coral 125 super skimmer, a 9 watt turbo twist UV, and a phosban reactor and a canister filter.

when i was re building my tank...i took every piece of rock out and cleaned this stuff off, so i could see the rock it self..now i have the same stuff coming back...not as bad but it worries me. I used to be able to see some purple on the rocks but now it is mostly greenish, small fur....i have read that boosting mag levels helps keeps algae under control. My recent test showed phosphate were very minimal if there at all and i have about 12 big turbos and 30 or so smaller snails along with about 20 or so hermits and...what would be the best invert to eat that stuff....keep in mind i have a eel..which seems to be peaceful when i keep it fed. I run phosphate material all the time in my reactor and i do weekly some times every 2 weeks water changes and run a fuge with macro and a UV. It is just my luck. the coral and the water clarity look great so i am just so confused.

thanks..here a few pictures.
a little rock showing...(it is directly under the halide so that could be why)

some asked about my flow and i have tried to get the best all around so i added 2 new power heads on each side.

the egg crate was to keep the frag in the same spot.
