zoas like those u will tend to see online only...they would be cheaper if u could find them in ur lfs(good luck) so really it could end up being best deal u find on them..maybe check other sites

If you're talking about these I'd be careful...first of all 2 or 3 LFS's in my area have been selling these for far less, but they are pretty rare as I understand it...also over half of the frags they've sold are dieing...apparently one of the regular suppliers/wholesalers got a ton of these in...according to the supplier the trick to keeping them alive is pretty high lighting and tons of flow...you might want to check out this thread on our local board where poeple have been talking about them:

wow..do u think it is that particular batch or just a tough coral to keep as a whole?

It's been happening with a bunch of these from three different LFS's...I think they are just a tougher variety to keep from what I'm seeing...which is odd, because most zoa's are pretty bulletproof...the wholesaler claims they are doing very well in their tanks, but that they are litterly blasting them with as much flow as they can handle...again odd for zoa's...but these are from Africa not the South Pacific so they are a different animal.

i have power compacts 260w 2 bule and 2 10,000 k is that enough ...i can place them near my maxi 900 ...is that enough?

MaxiJet 900 is not a huge amount of flow and it's very laminar...how old is your tank? I'm not sure if it was me for that money and knowing they have a "poor" track record that I would go for it...one of our LFS's has been selling these for $1-$2 a polyp depending on the size of the frag...$50 for three seems pretty steep to me.

u could get probably get at least 12+ polyps of a similar looking zoas rock for same price if not cheaper

Judging by the size of these colonies that sold for $300, $50 for 3 polyps is a bit much. Wait for the fever pitch to die down and pretty soon more people will be selling frags at much more reasonable prices.
