adding sump

Hey everyone... Im planning on adding a sump on my 25 (24x12x20). I have a nice tall stand and can easily fit a 20g under there with plenty of room to work.
Tho Im having trouble deciding what I want to do. I was thinking of:

1. just overflow to sump and return with a "T" to (2) utube returns on opposite sides of the tank.

2. overflow to sump and return with SCWD to (2) utube returns on opposite sides of the tank.

OR

3. I probably have enough room to do a sump/fuge

but back to #1 and 2... Ive got xenia, a hammer, a pearl bubble and some button polyps. Im probably going to add a colt or some kind of leather later on and maybe some more zoos and/or mushrooms.
Im thinking that Im not really going to want tons of flow with the livestock Im keeping, and Im planning on keeping the two maxijet 400's in there.
So here's my idea: Mag 3.5 if I only use a "T" or a Mag 5 if I use SCWD.

What do you all think about pump size?
What do you think about SCWD? Do I really need one in such a small tank?
What do you think of Sump/fuge?

I appreciate all input... thanks a bunch guys and girls!!!
