Abalone spawning

Just thought I'd let everyone know that my abalone decided to spawn tonight. (It's a male if anyone's curious.) It's afraid of the light so I hides all day. Usually it takes quite awhile for it to come out after the lights go off. Tonight it beelined up to the top of the tank as soon as the lights went out and I could see it doing its thing while I sat on the couch 12ft away. (Otherwise I probably wouldn't have seen it.) Coincidentally one of my cleaner shrimp released young tonight. That is making my Chromis extremely happy.

LOL I tried getting a pic and of course my camera battery died after I mis-timed my first shot.
