90 update


Hi Guys
the tank has almost cycled the Nitrites are at .02
probably be another week and then I can slowly start adding the fishies,I have attached a pic to show off the live rock life is coming back and I still have some coraline,also check out the peice of coral above the tank I picked up it is awesome.thanks for all your help will keep yal posted on the tank progress. Looks nice. I would add a detritivore kit from IPSF and Inland Aquatics and then wait a month so the critters can reproduce. Then the fish can't kill em off before they get established.

Looking good Casey. My water is finally clearing and I have the same tank you do. My rock is covered in brown algae and I am waiting in a holding pattern until I figure out what to do next and when. I wish I had a check list of this stuff. Example.... Brown Algae will form after three to four weeks which is a Diatom bloom. Then expect..... Any way your tank looks good. Hope mine gets there soon.

Thanks for the compliments guys hang in there Earl it just takes time it is hard for me to be patient to cause I see the fish I want and have to wait im testing my water daily and will do a 40%
water change when my Nitrites hit 0 any day now good luck and ill
keep you posted and keep me posted on how yours is coming along. Casey
