25w Aqua UV coming tomorrow

I have a question about the 25w Aqua UV I am getting tomorrow. According to their website if I want 90,000 uw/c2 of UV i should run 400gph through it. I am thinking of a mag 500 or another pump that gets me closer to 400gph. Does this sound like a good set up for a 90g? or should i not use it and just sell it to get a good skimmer?

if i had it to do over, i would have never bought my uv. it was costly and i have not noticed a difference. i would much rather have a good skimmer.

If you're going to sink extra cash into just one or the other; get a jammin' skimmer.

I like both but if it's one or the other,then a good skimmer is the way to go.

IMO 25W on a 90G won't give you much bang for your buck...put the $$$ in the skimmer...it will do more for you.
