2 fish died, one jumped the other was just dead?

well i came home ysterday and noticed a snake on my floor, knowing it was too cold for snakes i took a closer look and it was one of my engineer gobies. It decided to surf. I was kind of upset because it was about a year old. then i looked in the tank and noticed my white cheek ( off and on ich magnet) was dead in the corner. I had been struggling with ich on him since i got him. Do think the 2 of them dieing was a concidence, or something might have happened, all water paremeters are great, and the rest of the fish are great. all corals looked good too. i was totally boggled.

It sounds like low DO or maybe stray voltage,is your tank grounded?

It could have been some strange event but I would guess it is at least as likely it was just an unfortunate coincidence - just last week my Harlequin Tusk of a year decided he couldn't stand the holidays anymore and took the suicide dive out as well - and must have been very motivated because the only place not covered by eggcrate is a small gap around overflows.
