150W Sunpod


Hello,

I just the 24" 150W Current Sunpod and it wont fire up. the fan works but that's it. could it have become dislodged during shipping and has this happened to anyone else. i'll try to adjust the bulb some more.

topper did you touch the bulb with your hands? if so that might be why its no working.

What?

Check the wires for connections from the ballast. If everything looks good then call the company. i think kids remark is in reference to skin oils on a MH bulb, the bulbs get hot and if its a DE bulb the oil on the glass can cause it to break from the heat.??

Be sure to wipe the bulb down before you fire it up, to be safe.
