150 gal Tank Move/Rebuild

Hey everyone, been a while since I have posted anything. Tank has been running up stairs in our living room, while I worked on the basment development. While the basment is just about done and I have emptied the 150 into a 120 temporarly while I get the tank ready to go BB with a FSB.

This brings me to my first question.

Can Portland cement be used in a tank for aquascaping?
My thoughts are to cover the rear glass with peices of base rock and have out cropings and caves on the back wall of the tank. I am just not sure how to attach, other then silicone, but that would make it very tough to cover all the glass. (I got this idea while laying tile) LOL!

Here are the first pics of the teardown.

pretty grim photos... looks like you have a lot of work ahead of you! But I look forward to seeing what the back wall ends up looking like - good luck.

Ok so I got the tank moved downstairs but never put in the FSB or the back wall.
After having it barebottom for several months, I decided I like sand.
I never put in arganot, I just used regular sand with intentions of syphoning it well and replacing it as needed(in order to maintain its depth).
Here are some new FTS and some new additions.
Please don't mind the Diatom blooms, the tank has only been up for 2 weeks.

I have inverts in the tank already, not to worried about that though, I hate the Hermits but don't have the heart to get rid of them all. He has stayed clear of the cleaners for now.
Its a young Naso Tang. He seems to be doing really well and eats lots of meat and Nori every time I feed, so i think he will be OK.
