That tank is Dope, fischizzle Dizzope in the hizzouse. I agree though, why the clear overflows? Maybe kind of cool if algae didn't build up in there. Keep some snails in them?

Yea I am not crazy about clear either, but it is a used tank that someone drilled and put them in.
The tank is a AGA 150 with a 40 gal sump and for now a mag12 for the returns. Lightning is three 250 w 10k halide with 320w of antic VHO. Right now flow is four maxi jet 1200 plus the returns. The power heads will be replaced soon with a wave box and a Tunze stream. There is about 200 to 250 pounds of live rock. The rock, corals and fish came form our two 75 gal that have been running for a couple years and so far the only loss from the transfer was a peppermint shrimp
