Undissolved salts would be my guess, some percipitated out in the water you changed with.

Mixing the salt too fast in the water and precipitating calcium, undissolved salt and a few other things that I can't think of right now Although #1 is the most likely.

What Hop said, or if you have sand, simply pouring the SW into the tank (or Sump even) too quickly or moving a powerhead or some other method of disturbing the sand. Might even be fine air bubbles... ...how long does it take to clear?

If you mixed some type of pH buffer in the saltwater before adding it to your tank, this will cloud the new water....buffers have to be added separately.
