WTB: 660 harness and/or endcaps

As the message says, I need 2 harnesses for IC 660, and 4 to 6 pairs of endcaps.

Anyone have any laying around?

Err... that'd be t-12 endcaps, I think that's the one... 6 foot bulbs? Right?

Also could trade a couple of 3 months used Actinic bulbs( 6 ft VHO w/internal reflector) for same size daylight, or even 50/50.

errr... does that matter? I think the harness plugs in the same way if the ballast has been used before or not.

FYI the ballasts are a good 12+ years old, one was used for a year or two, the other hardly at all. Can't remember which is which. I fired them both up last year, driving 3 - 6 foot lamps each. Both worked great. Can't for the life of me find my harnesses or end caps now. Ticks me off, but such is life. So I needs new harnesses and endcaps.

well if your house was the size of a normal house, you might be able to find it. you just about need a refreshment stand on the way to the fish room. your basement is larger than my whole house.

It doesn't help the way stuff gets reshuffled back and forth as I work on different parts of the basement. I'll be glad when it's done, say in 15 years or so...

Dirk Griffin is a good local source for endcaps and VHO bulbs. I know he plans to be at the meeting at Frogbones. He can bring them providing you have coordinated it with him in advance. Very close if not the same as mailorder prices without the shipping. Shipping charges on 6' bulbs is not fun.

However, the missing harnesses, usually people don't have any that aren't paired up with a ballast. You will likely have to purchase. Premium Aquatics carries them unforutanately about $30 a pop.
