Percs may or may not host in a Bubble tip there is no 100% guarantee. Especially tank raised Percs.

Long tentacles are also easy to keep and may also host but they do get bigger than a bubble generally would.

Both of these are good options for flourescent type lighting.

I have 2-tank raised percs and one RBTA with 640 watts of VHO, which has split twice since I got it and they are all doing great. At first the Clowns did not pay any attention to the RBTA and then one day prox 3-4 months after they were put in the tank they found each other. Partly may be due to the RBTA liked to hide in the rocks but now the all the RBTA's have camped in front of a water outlet jet & the clowns won't leave them alone .

I dont think there are any lighting issues with them IMO !

Interesting. I have an RBTA and got a pair of percs, and neither of them has even come near the RBTA. I'm guessing it may be a while, if ever, before they host in it.
