Very sad story!
I bought that beautiful bright red Lobo from max right. Six or seven poylups went to work this mourning looked good. Come home to see Coral beauty angel eating it. It had 5 of the poylups half eaten and 2 untouched. Are the poylups going to die or will they grow back? Pretty upset. So upset I went to fleet farm bought a 50 gal water trol came home and tore my whole tank down to get the angel fish out. Took me and my wife 1 1/2 hours taking turns trying to catch the fish. (I wanted to eat it!) Needless to say took about 4hrs. total to take rock and corals out drain tank 3/4 of the way and put back together. What a chore! I have learned not to trust the sunfish(angel fish) in the reef. What makes me even more angry is that I've been in it long enough to know better the fish was just doing his job.I always seem to have to push my luck. Bad choice Sorry Max for the carelessness! -Chad

thats really weird, I usually assume that the pigmys are harmless because i have never had any problems, but probably shouldnt. Really sucks taking that much time to catch a fish.... after a while it breaks down to, "I am going to win and get you out, whether you like it or not". Hope the lobo recovers for you!

I preach this alot, you need to have a good fish trap ( lots of threads on how to make ) available for emergencies. As long as the fish is aggressive towards food, you should be able to catch it without tearing your tank apart.
All angels are pretty much a ticking time bomb. It may be months or years but can decide LPS tastes good at a moments notice. Always be prepared to get it out.

I just used my trap (thanx FRITZ) last week and got 5 fish out in less than 45min. 2 damselfish and a wrasse that were a B to get out before.

Brown jelly fungus had to cut three big lobes off dipped it 3 times still wouldn't go away down to two polyups hopefully it won't spread to them.
