Transporting corals 24 hrours?

Today I am going to my in-laws and was going to bring some Xenia and zoos to Salty in TRF tomorrow, but if I put them in a cooler will they be okay for about 20 hours in the cooler? Can't be much different then shipping over night right? Thanks,

I have shipped zoos with priority mail in a thermos that took 3 days to get there. They all made it fine. I think 20 hours would be OK

The zoos I think would be ok. The xenia on the otherhand I would keep a close eye on it cause it doesn't ship the greatest. I helped a buddy move a tank from chicago to kansas city a couple of weeks ago and the majority of the xenia didn't survive the trip.

zoa's will be fine.
xenia will not make a 20hour trip 99% of the time. pack them with LOTS of water and they should be fine.

hey skip, you can pass on the xenia (if it's not too late), I can always get some from ya when I stop down next. Probably do better on only a 2 hour trip You got directions, right. See you tommorow!
