to drill or not to drill?

I have a perfecto tank with an orange tempered sticker on the bottom. Anyone know if it is just the bottom, or the whole tank?

the sticker just means that it is tempered bottom. sides should be able to be drilled no problem.

to be safe I would contact perfecto....
