Well a lil over 2 weeks ago my Wife and I moved into a beautiful new home (hence why I am barely ever on) and we have a big thank you to Ben Olson, who happens to work at a mortgage company (won't say names incase I infringe on some no-no rule). He is a very nice person to talk with, do business with and I am sure I will meet him some day, but not ever meeting him he proved himself as trustworthy so we let him do a lot of work for us to get us into our new place. So if anyone is looking into purchasing a home I'd suggest seeing what Ben could do for you, worse case scenerio is you spent a few minutes doing some research and all you have to do is say NO if your not happy.

PS: Another reason I've been very quiet lately is that I am working hardcore on setting up my 125, which I think I will be able to move into this week!
