Tank setup advice needed!

I'm setting up a 200 gallon reef tank and here is what i got so far.
All-Glass model 4 sump.
Euro-Reef RS250
Coralife Sea-Clone 1740 pump

here are my questions, 1:i plan on a DIY stand how thick should i make the walls of it to support that tank??
2: i'm looking for designs on a refugium along withthe stated sump above.
3: can anyone point me in the direction of a good calcium reactor??

Ditch the coralife and get a Sequence Dart pump. Consider having a skimmer built by Bob (jg24) and also a sump. He built my current, skimmer, and sump.

Melev has some sump/fuge designs - www.melevsreef.com

As for stands, mine was based on a design listed on http://www.garf.org

I would go with a different pump also, perhaps a Sequence or Pan World/Blue Line Model.

I am building a stand modeled in this thread on RC:

http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/sh...hreadid=787189

I won't be going to near the finish on the exterior, but I like how it's built like a brick **** house. I have just the front section built and am confident that this stand could hold twice the tank I will be putting on it. Good Luck!

yup sequence pump. For calcium reactor go with either www.reefmania.net or www.myreefcreations.com I have seen reefmania's (Bob's) work and it is very nice. I have an MRC calcium reactor, but my next skimmer will come from Bob.

If its a typo and the pump is a Coralife Turbo-sea 1740, I'm pretty sure it's actually and OEM'd Panworld pump just painted a different color.

I have both of those on the maintenance tank, and seem to do well. But I would still go with the Seq

Panworld, blue line and corallife are all the same just different name and different paint.
